The colour of India cannot be simply explained, it needs to be experienced. The colour of India to me is a big part of why I love this country so much. I've seen colours and pairing of colours that I've never see anywhere on earth. You can literally feel the colour.
All I can think about when I recall my time in India are two scents: the fresh flowers in the flower market, and the smell of spice. I miss it.
The taste of India is everything. The one thing I miss most is its unbelievable culinary depth. Indian cuisine has become one of my favorites.
Absolute chaos. The good kind of chaos. And sometimes it's organized chaos. Like the flow of the unknown streets and alleys of India. Those sounds, in a small way, remind me of home in New York City.
Might sound odd, but the touch of India for me, is all of the above mentioned as one experience.
